  • Delivery to remote areas may have longer shipping times or additional fees.

2. Delivery Time & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 hour after confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes
  •  1-3 hours, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed after store closing hours will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery if you purchase at least one item.
  • If you choose not to buy any items, a delivery fee applies, and the courier will return the items.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or special-handling items.

4. Payment Upon Delivery

  • You can pay by cash or card transfer when receiving your order.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
  • If available, we will provide tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.
